Hiiii , Welcome to my page! I’m Raquel , but everyone calls me Rocky🦋 Founder of Rockydoeshair! I’ve been in this beautiful industry for almost 10years. For the first 4 years of my career I trained in a level system salon then ventured out on my own. I started this business with a vision: to create something meaningful not just for my clients, but for my family, and most of all bring glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus 🙌🏼 In my spare time, I’m all about family and kingdom business! A single mom of two teenagers that is constantly on-the-go 🚗💨 Between running my kids to all their school, sports and friend activities, I also lead the women’s ministry at my home church ⛪️ I love all things coffee, homemaking, reading, cooking, taking care of my two dogs, dinner dates with friends. Oh! And I also have a side hustle - In Home Personal Organizing ! @little.miss.minimalist Hire me 😜 As a mother and entrepreneur, I understand the value of time, resilience, and purpose. Every step of my journey has been fueled by determination, late nights, early mornings, and a deep desire to build a life that reflects Jesus, passion and perseverance. Cancellation Policy
In order to protect my business,
✨48 hr notice before scheduled service is required in order to cancel/reschedule
- otherwise client will be charged 25% of the scheduled service
✨Same day cancellation/reschedule is 50% charge of scheduled service
- ideally 2 hrs before scheduled appointment.
✨A no show is 100% charge of scheduled service.
- a no show is considered if client has failed to communicate his/her absence.
Please be aware that these policies are not to displease any current or new clients. I am running a small business and raising a family! Due to my demand of time, these policies are set to avoid any miscommunication and to allow myself to fill the appt spot in a fair amount of time. Most times, it is impossible to fill the appt spot on such short notice. Client must remain in communication and give as much notice as possible in order to avoid any fees. I also understand emergencies happen. Client is welcome to reach out with his/her situation and to discuss fees, however, the charges will be processed unless there is an extreme situation such as a death in the family, hospitalization, or extreme unforeseen circumstances. Clients can pay fees via card or Zelle .
